Montmartre Grape Harvest Festival 2026: the program from October 7th to 11th
MONTMARTRE HARVEST FESTIVAL
October 7-11, 2026
Since 1934, Montmartre has celebrated the few hundred bottles of wine from its vineyard every autumn, and this event has become the biggest popular festival in Paris. From Wednesday, October 7th to Sunday, October 11th, 2026, the 93rd edition will take over the entire 18th arrondissement, and all the official programming is free.

The year's theme is "The 18th Sets the Rhythm": concerts, choirs, brass bands, dances, and musical performances will fill the streets, squares, and cultural venues of the arrondissement, from La Goutte d'Or to La Chapelle. The festival opens Wednesday evening at the 18th arrondissement town hall, schoolchildren from the arrondissement will sing on Thursday in Square Louise-Michel, and on Friday a large brass band will perform at the Grand Parquet.
The highlights remain the same as always. The Taste Trail will be set up around the Sacré-Cœur from Friday, October 9th to Sunday, October 11th, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM on the first two days and until 7:00 PM on Sunday. On Saturday the 10th, the Harvest Festival opens the harvest in the Clos Montmartre vineyards at 9:45 AM, followed by the Grand Parade of brotherhoods, associations, and talents from the 18th arrondissement, from 11:45 AM to 1:30 PM. On Sunday the 11th, the Ceremony of Non-Proposals will take place in Place des Abbesses from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM, and the Closing Ball will bring the festivities to a close in Square Louise-Michel, from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM, with a DJ set. Throughout the week, the Clos vineyards can be visited with historian Jean-Manuel Gabert, by reservation.
For practical information, Montmartre is accessible by metro (lines 2, 4, 12, and 13). Motorized access is discouraged from Thursday onwards, and the funicular closes at 7 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
