Autumn Festival 2026: our selection of shows in Paris
AUTUMN FESTIVAL – PARIS AND ÎLE-DE-FRANCE
From October 30 to December 12, 2026
Theater, dance, music, and performance: fifteen events of the 2026 Festival d’Automne in Paris and the Île-de-France region, from Romeo Castellucci’s Faust without words to the fifty pianos of La Villette.
Fifty pianos arranged in a circle, with the audience seated in the middle. Songs rising on the stage of Chaillot. An elephant-headed god unleashed in Nazi Germany. Every year, the Festival d’Automne takes theater and dance to unexpected places: a chapel, a gymnasium, a nave, a private mansion become stages. There, you’ll encounter the biggest names in the world and creations you won’t see anywhere else. Proof, show after show, that the stage has not finished surprising us.
For its 55th edition, the festival will take over nearly sixty venues in Paris and the Île-de-France region, from September to December 2026. Our selection, listed by opening date, includes shows beginning between late October and late November. Tickets can be purchased from the venues or on the official Festival d’Automne box office; several dates are already sold out, and we indicate this for each one. Selection updated on October 6, 2026.
