Olympe(s) at La Scala Paris

Olympe de Gouges wanted her plays performed; she wrote the Declaration of the Rights of Woman and lost her life for it. At La Scala, ten actor-singers are bringing it to life on stage.

Olympe de Gouges first fought to have her plays performed at the Collège, before championing the Declaration of the Rights of Woman and the Female Citizen. Ten actor-singers and pop-rock music by Manuel Peskine bring this epic to life, written by Rachel Arditi and Justine Heynemann, who also directs. The team from PUNK.E.S is back for more.
